Hotel Sales Executive

About the role

Under the guidance of the Manager – Hotel Sales and in coordination with the Director of Business Development, the Hotel Sales Executive drives revenue for NagaWorld by generating leads, securing corporate accounts and maximising occupancy across the property.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, managing a designated portfolio and pursuing new prospects.
• Create and execute strategic account plans with clear objectives, timelines and sales methodologies.
• Maintain market intelligence to address competitor objections and strengthen the value proposition.
• Drive upselling and cross‑selling initiatives, negotiate contracts and maximise revenue.
• Prepare weekly sales call plans and manage the leads‑tracking system.
• Ensure compliance with NagaWorld standards, code of conduct and internal regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the hospitality industry.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.
• Good understanding of hotel operations and departmental contributions.
• Proficiency in English.
