Healthcare Nutrition Strategy Manager

About the role

Danone Specialized Nutrition Cambodia is looking for a Healthcare Nutrition Strategy Manager to lead the development and execution of medical marketing strategies that drive growth and strengthen brand equity across healthcare channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement medical marketing functional strategies based on market, competitive and consumer analysis.
• Lead the creation of communication materials for the Healthcare Nutrition (HN) team and manage medical projects and events.
• Coordinate execution of marketing and business plans with Medical Sales, Operations, Finance and external agencies.
• Manage budgets effectively to achieve project objectives within approved limits.
• Conduct market visits to monitor strategy effectiveness and competitor activity.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to co‑create mutually beneficial growth initiatives.
• Oversee creative development to ensure consistent, high‑quality communication across all HCP touchpoints.
• Define and execute HCP and community relationship marketing strategies.
• Identify new growth opportunities, drive product and packaging innovation, and build scientific communication campaigns.
• Develop high‑performance teams and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in medical or healthcare marketing strategy development.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret market, competitive and consumer trends.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Excellent stakeholder management and collaborative skills.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams and driving scientific communication initiatives.
