Head of Corporate Sales & Affiliate Channels

About the role

The Head of Corporate Sales & Affiliates will lead Daiichi Life Cambodia’s corporate sales function and affiliate channel development. Based in Cambodia, this full‑time, on‑site position is responsible for shaping and executing strategies that grow revenue from corporate clients, partners and affinity groups while upholding the company’s brand and ethical standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement corporate sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead, coach and motivate the corporate sales and affiliate teams to achieve targets.
• Set sales targets, monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, operations and compliance to design attractive corporate solutions and campaigns.
• Build and nurture relationships with senior‑level stakeholders, partners and affinity groups.
• Represent the company at industry forums and business events.
• Ensure all commercial activities are compliant and customer‑centric.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience managing high‑performing sales teams.
• Strong background in corporate sales, business development and key‑account management, preferably in insurance or financial services.
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage affiliate and partnership networks.
• Strategic planning, sales forecasting and performance‑management expertise.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills for senior‑level engagements.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and drive decisions.
• High integrity and commitment to compliant, customer‑focused practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field; advanced degree or professional qualification is a plus.
