Growth Content Marketing Lead

About the role

BuddyRosy is seeking a Growth Content Marketing Lead to transform creative ideas into measurable audience growth, stronger brand affinity, and direct online sales. You will guide a small team, shape content strategy, and bridge organic performance with paid amplification.

Key responsibilities

• Develop monthly campaigns and weekly content direction.
• Lead the Content Creator team and manage a Content Intern.
• Create content concepts, hooks, scripts, and repeatable social series.
• Plan, execute, and optimise TikTok and Meta advertising.
• Identify high‑performing organic pieces and convert them into paid ads.
• Brief UGC creators, freelancers, and external partners.
• Improve online conversion across the website, social media, and delivery platforms.
• Design promotions, bundles, and retargeting campaigns.
• Track performance metrics such as CAC, ROAS, conversion, and revenue.
• Produce a simple weekly performance report and recommend next actions.
• Ensure all content aligns with BuddyRosy’s regional brand direction.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in content marketing, social media, growth or performance marketing.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Meta Ads and short‑form video formats.
• Ability to connect creative ideas with measurable business results.
• Comfortable analysing data and iterating campaigns quickly.
• Strong leadership, communication and project‑management skills.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and consumer brands is preferred.
• Fluent in Khmer and comfortable working in English.
