General Manager, Cambodia SuperPort™

About the role

The General Manager will spearhead the development of Cambodia SuperPort™ – an integrated "port‑in‑a‑park" ecosystem that blends logistics infrastructure, industrial real estate, and supply‑chain solutions. This senior leader will drive asset value creation, tenant ecosystem synergy, and throughput growth to position the park as a key regional logistics and trade hub.

Key responsibilities

• Assume full P&L ownership, set and execute strategies to grow revenue, profitability and optimise costs.
• Lead end‑to‑end real‑estate development, from master planning and land‑use optimisation to construction, asset repositioning and lifecycle management.
• Oversee project planning, design, construction and delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets and quality standards are met.
• Develop and implement go‑to‑market strategies to attract tenants, investors and strategic partners; lead lease negotiations and commercial agreements.
• Represent the park with government authorities, secure approvals, manage land acquisition, zoning and permitting processes.
• Establish operational frameworks, governance standards and ESG compliance, monitoring asset performance and risk.
• Build and lead a high‑performing multidisciplinary team across development, operations and commercial functions.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience managing large‑scale logistics, industrial or mixed‑use developments.
• Demonstrated track record of P&L responsibility and delivering profitable growth.
• Strong background in real‑estate development, project delivery and asset management.
• Extensive experience in commercial negotiations, tenant acquisition and partnership building.
• Established relationships with government bodies and ability to navigate regulatory environments.
• Leadership capability to attract, develop and retain top talent.
