Export Specialist

About the role

The Export Specialist will oversee daily export operations for Boostrong Power Plus, ensuring shipments are prepared, documented, and delivered in compliance with regulations. Based in Phnom Penh, the role works closely with logistics partners, internal sales and marketing teams, and international customers.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and file export documentation such as commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
• Coordinate shipments with freight forwarders, monitor transport schedules, and resolve any issues that arise during transit.
• Ensure compliance with Cambodian export regulations and the policies of destination countries.
• Maintain accurate records of export activities and support regular import‑export reporting.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and logistics teams to track orders and improve export processes.

Required profile

• Experience in international trade, logistics, or supply‑chain management.
• Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Attention to detail, organizational ability, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work on‑site in Phnom Penh and cooperate with cross‑functional teams.
• Diploma or degree in business, logistics, international trade, or a related field (preferred).

• Basic data‑management tools.
