E-Commerce Supervisor (Cambodian)

About the role

We are looking for an E‑Commerce Supervisor to lead the online sales channels of a contemporary hotel in Phnom Penh. The role is full‑time, on‑site and focuses on driving bookings, revenue and digital visibility across brand websites, OTAs and other platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update hotel content, room inventory and rates on brand websites, OTAs and other digital channels.
• Monitor and manage online promotions, ensuring alignment with sales and marketing campaigns.
• Analyse performance data, prepare regular reports and propose optimisation strategies to improve visibility and conversion.
• Respond to online guest inquiries and support digital guest‑service initiatives.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and operations teams to ensure brand standards are upheld.

Required profile

• Experience in e‑commerce or online distribution within hospitality, travel or related sectors.
• Strong digital literacy and ability to work with online booking engines, OTA platforms and content management systems.
• Good analytical skills for interpreting booking, revenue and campaign data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Khmer and English.
• Detail‑oriented, collaborative and customer‑focused mindset.
• Relevant education in business, marketing, hospitality or a related field is an advantage; prior hotel experience preferred.
