Operations Manager

About the role

The Operations Manager will lead the overall performance and strategic direction of Hôtel KVL in Phnom Penh. Reporting to senior leadership, you will drive operational excellence, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and support other properties within the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Set the tone for hotel operations by leading teams, coordinating multiple departments, and optimizing processes.
• Maximize profitability through revenue planning, cash‑flow management, expense control, and financial reporting.
• Maintain assets in optimal condition and ensure compliance with all government and statutory requirements.
• Support sister properties and collaborate with the Managing Director and Asset Manager on brand development initiatives.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of experience in hotel or upscale hospitality operations management.
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
• Fluent English; additional regional languages are a plus.
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
