E-Commerce Executive – OTA Focus (Cambodia)

About the role

The E‑Commerce Executive will manage Hôtel KVL’s online sales channels, focusing on OTA distribution. Based in Phnom Penh, this full‑time position ensures that the hotel’s digital presence is accurate, attractive, and revenue‑driving.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update room inventory, rates, and promotional content across the hotel website, OTAs and other digital platforms.
• Monitor online performance, generate regular reports and recommend optimisation strategies.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and operations teams to align pricing and promotional activities.
• Respond to online guest inquiries and support digital guest‑service initiatives.
• Ensure all online content complies with Hôtel KVL and Vattanac Group brand standards.

Required profile

• Experience in e‑commerce or online distribution within hospitality, travel or related sectors.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret booking, revenue and campaign data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Khmer and English.
• Detail‑oriented with a customer‑focused mindset.
• Relevant education in business, marketing, hospitality or a related field is an advantage.
