Digital Trade Marketing Executive

About the role

TRISA Cosmetics is seeking a proactive Digital Trade Marketing Executive to drive digital demand and support retail partners across Cambodia. You will manage our social channels, create engaging content, and help launch product campaigns that boost sales through online and offline channels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage TRISA’s Facebook, TikTok, Telegram and other digital platforms.
• Create and publish product posts, videos, educational content and promotional campaigns.
• Develop monthly digital content and campaign plans.
• Support new product launches and promotional activities.
• Produce digital marketing materials for retailers, dealers and resellers.
• Assist retail partners in promoting TRISA products on their own social media.
• Generate and qualify B2B leads from digital channels.
• Coordinate with Business Development and Account Management to convert leads.
• Support KOL, influencer, affiliate and reseller campaigns, including livestream and social‑commerce activities.
• Monitor competitors, market trends and digital activities.
• Track performance, engagement and campaign results; prepare weekly and monthly reports.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, trade marketing or a related field.
• Good understanding of Facebook and TikTok platforms.
• Strong content creation and copywriting abilities.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut or similar design tools.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate attractive content ideas.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a hybrid environment.
