Digital Marketing Specialist – AI & Data

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing Specialist with a focus on AI and data to support our Mobility assistant Marketing Manager. Based in Phnom Penh, you will help plan and execute multi‑channel campaigns that drive user engagement for transport and express services.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Marketing Manager in developing and launching marketing tactics and campaigns.
• Coordinate with the Creative Team to produce assets that align with campaign goals and timelines.
• Identify target audiences across In‑App, social media, and KOL channels.
• Monitor campaign performance (reach, engagement, conversion) and help compile performance reports.
• Gather competitor insights and local market data to inform future initiatives.
• Work with internal Mobility and Operations teams to ensure smooth campaign roll‑out.
• Manage in‑app communications, promotions, and rewards using Grab’s internal tools.
• Update and monitor house ads and paid ads within the Grab app.
• Liaise with vendors for production and delivery of marketing materials.
• Localize regional content for cultural relevance in the Cambodian market.
• Support data analytics and deep‑dive research to propose optimal business outcomes.

Required profile

• Energetic, enthusiastic and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
• Creative, open‑minded and eager to learn end‑to‑end campaign processes.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate marketing messages.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Khmer.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Growth or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in marketing execution, business or event coordination.
