Manager, Brand & Communications

About the role

PassApp Technologies is seeking a dynamic Manager of Brand & Communications to lead the development and execution of go‑to‑market strategies for both passenger and driver audiences. You will own the brand narrative, ensure consistency across all touchpoints, and drive impactful storytelling that resonates with our users.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and execute GTM communication strategies for key campaigns, aligning with growth, CVM, and product teams.
• Own the messaging framework and creative direction for brand initiatives across digital, social, in‑app, and offline channels.
• Collaborate with agencies, production teams, KOLs/influencers, media partners, and press to produce high‑quality brand content.
• Lead CSR campaign planning and manage communication budgets.
• Monitor market trends, track campaign performance, and continuously optimize content based on data insights.
• Produce weekly and monthly performance reports and conduct competitive benchmarking.
• Define and monitor KPIs for the branding team, provide coaching, and streamline workflow across cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a managerial role within marketing, branding, or communications.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage projects, and coordinate multi‑channel campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

• ClickUp (or similar project‑management tool)
