Digital Marketing Manager – Phnom Penh

About the role

The Digital Marketing Manager will lead the planning, execution and optimisation of digital campaigns for Khmer Beverages’ portfolio of alcoholic and non‑alcoholic drinks. Based in Phnom Penh, this full‑time position works on‑site to boost brand awareness, drive consumer engagement and generate leads across multiple product lines.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and optimise integrated online marketing campaigns across search, social and display channels.
• Manage and grow social media channels, including content planning, community management and paid social advertising.
• Oversee online advertising spend, coordinate creative production and ensure alignment with overall brand strategy.
• Track, analyse and report on website and campaign performance using web analytics tools.
• Identify optimisation opportunities and recommend actions to increase reach, engagement and conversions.
• Collaborate with internal marketing, sales and product teams as well as external agencies to maintain consistent brand messaging.

Required profile

• Proven experience developing and executing integrated digital marketing campaigns.
• Strong background in social media marketing, lead generation and paid advertising.
• Ability to interpret data from web analytics platforms and translate insights into actionable improvements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in FMCG, beverage or consumer‑brand environments is a plus.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and project‑management skills.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Phnom Penh and thrive in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented setting.
