Deputy Manager Finance

About the role

The Deputy Manager Finance is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Phnom Penh. Reporting to senior finance leadership, this role oversees daily financial operations, ensures accurate reporting, and supports strategic budgeting and forecasting.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise accounting activities, including general ledger, accounts payable and receivable.
• Review financial transactions and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and cash‑flow monitoring processes.
• Conduct financial analysis and prepare management reports.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, internal controls and audit requirements.
• Collaborate with internal departments and provide guidance to the finance team.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of finance and accounting principles, budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
• Experience managing general ledger, accounts payable/receivable and financial reporting processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field; professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA) is a plus.
• Proven ability to lead and support a finance team with high integrity and ethical judgment.
• Effective communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration and presenting findings to management.
