Demand Planning Supervisor

About the role

The Demand Planning Supervisor will lead demand forecasting and planning activities to ensure optimal inventory levels and product availability for Goodhill's portfolio of consumer brands. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Phnom Penh and works closely with sales, marketing, supply chain, finance and production teams.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze sales data and market trends to create accurate demand forecasts.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop and adjust demand plans.
• Monitor forecast performance, identify gaps and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with production and procurement to align supply with demand.
• Maintain demand planning reports, dashboards and support budgeting initiatives.
• Lead, mentor and develop junior planning team members.
• Improve planning processes, tools and contribute to cross‑functional efficiency projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience in demand planning, forecasting or supply chain roles, preferably in FMCG or distribution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or related field.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and problem‑solving ability.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Phnom Penh.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with planning or ERP systems.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
