About the role

We are looking for a professional and courteous Clearance Support Agent to assist internal and external customers with customs clearance activities. The role ensures accurate preparation of import and export customs declarations and maintains up‑to‑date customer records.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain and update customer databases.
  • Prepare and submit accurate import and export customs declarations.
  • Resolve disputes and provide technical advice to customers.
  • Liaise with customs authorities regarding duties, problem shipments and regulatory compliance.
  • Activate standard clearance procedures in line with company priorities.
  • Coordinate with the Clearance Support and Classification teams to gather required documentation and information.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, International Relations or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in customs clearance within the transportation or logistics sector.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
