Customer Service Executive / Merchandiser (Bilingual Chinese‑English)

About the role

The Customer Service Executive supports Avery Dennison’s customers by delivering accurate, complete information and resolving inquiries, requests and complaints. The role focuses on order management, quality issues and lead‑time coordination while applying product knowledge to meet client needs.

Key responsibilities

• Address customer inquiries, requests and complaints, ensuring successful resolution or appropriate escalation.
• Manage order‑related activities, monitor quality concerns and track lead‑time expectations.
• Apply knowledge of Avery Dennison’s products, solutions and services to solve customer problems.
• Collaborate with sales, order entry, finance and operations to exchange required information.
• Support commercial teams in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets, including direct selling when needed.
• Anticipate customer needs, opportunities and concerns and take proactive actions.
• Meet departmental KPIs and productivity targets.

Required profile

• Foundational experience in customer service, order entry or administrative sales support.
• Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilities.
