Customer Service Executive – Import

About the role

The Import Customer Service Executive ensures seamless service for inbound shipments, acting as the main point of contact for customers and partners from order initiation to delivery. You will coordinate communication, documentation, and tracking to meet the company’s service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end‑to‑end customer service for import shipments, handling inquiries and updates.
• Create and maintain Job Files in the E‑Cargo system and input data into ASYHUB.
• Track shipments, verify documents, and ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare and send pre‑alerts, proof of release, THC documents, and other required paperwork to customers and internal teams.
• Validate invoices from shipping lines and coordinate with carriers for HBL and Airway Bill processing.
• Arrange transport for DAP deliveries and liaise with accounting for document flow.
• Participate in meetings, trainings, and report any absences or issues to supervisors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in import logistics or freight forwarding.
• Proficiency in Khmer and English (Chinese is a plus).
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Understanding of import procedures and supplier networks.
• Ability to make decisions, solve problems, and act with professional integrity.
