Cost Control Supervisor

About the role

The Cost Control Supervisor will oversee cost management for power transmission operations and projects at Cambodia Power Transmission Lines Co., Ltd. Based on‑site in Cambodia, the role ensures budgets are adhered to and financial performance aligns with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Benchmark and standardise cost set‑up for projects and operation & maintenance (O&M) activities.
• Monitor and control costs, track expenditures against approved budgets.
• Develop budgeting and planning processes and produce regular financial forecasts.
• Prepare cost reports and support forecasting activities.
• Manage contracts and change orders, ensuring financial implications are captured.
• Identify cost‑reduction opportunities and mitigate financial risks.
• Oversee life‑cycle asset cost management.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 5 years experience in cost control, budgeting and financial analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and organisational abilities.
• Integrity, professionalism and ability to work independently and in multicultural teams.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
