Corporate Social Responsibility Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Manager to lead and implement CSR, social compliance, labor compliance, worker welfare, employee engagement, community development, and iCare programs across our factories and operations. The role will act as the central liaison between employees, management, customers, auditors, NGOs, government agencies, and community stakeholders to promote a safe, fair, ethical, inclusive, and sustainable workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Lead CSR and Social Compliance initiatives across factories and operations.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, customer requirements, ethical trade standards, and company policies.
• Drive worker welfare, employee engagement, and workplace improvement programs.
• Manage social compliance audits, corrective action plans, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead community development and iCare programs.
• Act as the key liaison with employees, management, customers, auditors, NGOs, government agencies, labor representatives, and community stakeholders.
• Oversee the Social Pillar of ESG at the operational level.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, Business Administration, Sustainability, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in CSR, Social Compliance, HR Compliance, Labor Compliance, or Ethical Trade programs.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of Cambodia Labor Law, ILO Standards, WRAP, BSCI, SEDEX/SMETA, Higg FSLM, and customer social compliance requirements.
• Proven experience coordinating and managing customer social compliance audits.
• Experience developing and managing worker welfare programs.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
