About the role
We are looking for an HR Officer to support performance management and employee development across the organization. The role involves coordinating KPI processes, preparing reports, and assisting with HR projects.
Key responsibilities
- Support implementation of employee performance management processes and KPI activities.
- Coordinate KPI setting, review, and evaluation with departments.
- Support employee development and training programs.
- Prepare performance reports, tracking files, and related HR documents.
- Monitor performance development activities and follow up with relevant departments.
- Assist HR projects and other Performance & Development activities as assigned.
Required profile
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, HR, or related fields.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willing to learn, proactive, and responsible.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
