Talent Acquisition Manager (Mass Recruit)

About the role

Our Talent Acquisition team must do more than simply fill vacancies. The manager will plan how to attract top talent, meet tight hiring timelines, and convey the organization’s direction and culture to candidates. This role ensures a seamless recruitment experience from sourcing to onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end mass recruitment processes and supervise the talent acquisition team.
• Develop and execute employer branding strategies, creating content and campaigns that position the company as an employer of choice.
• Represent the brand at job fairs, campus events and industry gatherings to boost company visibility.
• Partner with department heads to define hiring needs, manage the full recruitment lifecycle and ensure accurate documentation.
• Prepare onboarding schedules, organize orientation sessions and collect feedback for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of senior recruitment experience, including at least 3 years in mass recruitment, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of employer branding, talent attraction and recruitment best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in English and Thai and solid understanding of local labor laws.

Required skills

• Proficiency with recruitment software.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
