Content Marketing Specialist

About the role

PassApp is looking for a dynamic Content Marketing Specialist to lead daily creative content execution and digital campaign rollouts. You will shape seasonal marketing moments, giveaways, and online activations across our key digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and maintain monthly content calendars for Facebook, TikTok, and in‑app communication channels.
• Develop engaging content angles that highlight promotions, seasonal stories, brand messages, and product features.
• Collaborate with design and creative teams to produce visuals, videos, and infographics that align with brand guidelines.
• Manage copywriting, creative requests, posting schedules, and ensure consistency across brand and campaign teams.
• Monitor community conversations, respond to comments, and identify trending content opportunities.
• Support influencer and KOL coordination, brief creators, review content, and generate platform‑native ideas for short‑form formats.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in social media, digital content creation, or campaign execution.
• Strong understanding of youth digital culture and current social platform trends.
• Ability to write concise, catchy copy and execute fast‑moving content plans.
