About the role

We are seeking a creative and versatile Content Creator to bring UP’s brand story to life through high‑quality visual and multimedia assets. Working closely with the marketing team, you will translate institutional concepts, student stories, and campus events into engaging, platform‑optimized content.

Key responsibilities

• Design high‑quality graphics, digital layouts, and marketing collateral for social media, websites, and promotional materials in line with brand guidelines.
• Conceptualize, script, film, and edit both short‑form (Reels, TikTok) and long‑form video content showcasing campus life and academic programs.
• Provide professional photography and media coverage for university events, student profiles, and official activities, building a robust digital asset library.
• Organize and maintain digital media archives, including raw footage, photographs, and design source files.
• Manage creative projects from concept to completion while collaborating on large‑scale campaigns and events.
• Brainstorm innovative visual concepts and oversee production equipment, ensuring efficient workflow.

Required profile

• 2–3+ years of professional experience in graphic design, photography, and video production (concept to post‑production).
• Bachelor’s degree in Media/Communications, Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Film Production, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong creative vision and ability to tell visual stories that engage target audiences.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects.
• Expertise operating professional camera bodies, lenses, studio lighting, and audio recording gear.
• Knowledge of video codecs, lighting techniques, and advanced color grading.
• Familiarity with cloud storage systems, digital asset management (DAM) tools, and file‑archiving best practices.
