Associate Director, Growth and App

About the role

The Associate Director – Growth & App will drive growth, engagement, retention and the digital experience of Wing Bank’s customer base. This senior leader will own the Wing Bank App, shaping its strategy, roadmap and overall business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to acquire, activate, engage, retain and reactivate customers, increasing active users, transaction frequency and lifetime value.
• Own the business strategy, customer experience and product roadmap for the Wing Bank App, collaborating with Product, Technology and UX/UI teams.
• Design and run personalized onboarding, activation, engagement, retention and win‑back programs using behavioural and transaction insights.
• Lead the loyalty ecosystem (WingPoints), driving adoption, earning, redemption and linking loyalty to product adoption and merchant engagement.
• Create and scale gamification initiatives that boost customer activity, transactions and product usage.
• Leverage data, analytics and growth intelligence to identify opportunities, run A/B tests and make data‑driven decisions.
• Gather market and competitor intelligence to inform digital banking and fintech strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading digital growth, app ownership, customer lifecycle management, loyalty programs, gamification and data‑driven decision making.
