About the role

iDEN Agency is looking for a creative and data‑driven Content Creator to join its Phnom Penh office. You will craft digital assets that align with client brand strategies and help build meaningful connections with audiences across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and produce social media posts, short videos, graphics, and copy that reflect client objectives.
• Plan and maintain content calendars in collaboration with designers and strategists.
• Adapt content for platform‑specific best practices to maximise reach and engagement.
• Monitor performance metrics, gather audience insights and refine content based on analytics.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions, stay up‑to‑date with digital trends and support campaign execution from concept to publication.

Required profile

• Strong storytelling ability and experience creating clear, engaging copy for digital channels.
• Proven skill in managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
• Analytical mindset with the capacity to interpret performance data and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Design or equivalent practical experience.
