Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, results‑driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead the online marketing efforts of three fast‑growing brands in education, fitness and children’s enrichment. The role goes beyond content creation – you will shape strategy, run paid campaigns, guide a content team and turn online interest into enrollments, memberships and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Develop distinct digital marketing strategies for each brand and produce monthly campaign and content plans aligned with business objectives.
• Plan, launch and optimise Meta advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, covering awareness, video‑view, engagement, messaging, retargeting and lead‑generation.
• Improve lead quality, reduce spam inquiries and build effective Messenger and Telegram inquiry pathways tailored to the Cambodian market.
• Create and manage monthly content calendars, brief videographers and creators, and ensure all assets meet brand standards before publishing.
• Lead, train and coordinate the existing marketing and content team, setting clear weekly responsibilities and conducting performance reviews.
• Collaborate with admissions and membership teams to streamline lead follow‑up, track conversions from inquiry to enrollment and enhance response times.
• Prepare concise weekly marketing reports, monitoring spend, reach, video performance and overall ROI.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing digital marketing for multiple brands, preferably in education, fitness or children’s services.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to optimise campaigns and budgets based on performance data.
• Excellent communication skills to guide creative teams and train front‑line staff.
• Ability to work autonomously while fostering a collaborative, accountable team culture.
