Content Creator – Digital & Social Media

About the role

The Content Management Executive will plan, create, and optimise content across digital and offline channels to drive brand growth and audience engagement. You will work closely with marketing teams to ensure content aligns with campaign objectives and resonates with target audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop monthly and quarterly content plans aligned with marketing campaigns.
• Identify target audience and define content direction, tone, style, and messaging.
• Create engaging content for social media platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Ensure all content meets brand guidelines, quality standards, and delivery deadlines.
• Track content performance metrics including reach, engagement, and follower growth.
• Analyse performance data to optimise future content strategies.
• Report weekly and monthly performance results to management.
• Support marketing campaigns, events, and promotions with relevant content.
• Brainstorm creative ideas for campaigns and activations.
• Stay updated on social media trends, especially TikTok trends, and apply them creatively.
• Monitor competitors and market behaviour to inform content decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in content marketing or campaign coordination.
• Strong writing and storytelling abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Outstanding organisational and project‑management capabilities.
