Content Creator – Social Media & Campaigns

About the role

We are looking for a creative Content Creator to plan, produce and optimise engaging content across digital and offline channels. The role supports brand growth, audience interaction and the performance of marketing campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop monthly and quarterly content calendars aligned with marketing initiatives.
• Identify target audiences and define tone, style and messaging.
• Create and publish content for TikTok, Facebook and Instagram.
• Ensure all output follows brand guidelines and meets quality standards.
• Track performance metrics such as reach, engagement and follower growth.
• Analyse results, optimise future content and report performance to management.
• Support marketing events, promotions and campaign activations.
• Stay up‑to‑date with social media trends, especially on TikTok, and apply them creatively.
• Monitor competitors and market behaviour.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in content marketing or campaign coordination.
• Strong writing and storytelling abilities in English.
• Excellent organisational and project‑management skills.
