Cluster Leader

About the role

The Cluster Leader holds full operational and commercial accountability for a designated regional territory, balancing strategic management with hands‑on field leadership to drive sales volume, retail distribution, and market share growth.

Key responsibilities

• Direct, coach, and evaluate the Resellers Team across assigned districts to drive continuous development.
• Establish route plans (PJP), monitor daily field execution, ensure visit quality, and address under‑performance promptly.
• Manage the area business plan, P&L drivers, revenue targets, gross adds, recharge, and operating expenses to deliver overall financial goals.
• Identify operational gaps across routes, outlets, sites, and channels, executing immediate corrective and growth plans.
• Execute local trade marketing, branding, POSM placement, and community activations in coordination with Operations.
• Monitor competitor moves, customer needs, local market trends, and growth opportunities in low‑share zones.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
• 5‑6 years of experience in field sales, distribution, or channel management (Telecom, FMCG, or Consumer Electronics).
• Minimum 2 years of experience directly managing sales teams and commercial territories.
• Proven commercial acumen and strategy execution.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder coordination capabilities.
• Solid analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) with clear communication skills.
