Executive Project Sales

About the role

To secure long‑term fiber partnerships with Borey and high‑rise owners and manage each project from first contact to handover, including contract negotiation, site surveys, budget approval and delivery tracking.

Key responsibilities

• Engage property owners: identify new Borey and high‑rise projects and build relationships.
• Negotiate contracts: work with Legal to draft and negotiate long‑term agreements.
• Coordinate site surveys: collaborate with the Fiber/Technical team to obtain survey reports and budget plans.
• Prepare CAR and business case to secure budget approval.
• Monitor project delivery across all stages and report progress.
• Support administration: handle project documents and commission payouts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, engineering, IT or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in project management, business development or sales.
• Experience managing multiple projects with various stakeholders.
• FTTH, broadband, ISP or telecom experience preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint.
• Experience with project management tools.
• Understanding of fiber infrastructure, sales and operations.
