Executive, Sales Taskforce Recruitment

About the role

The Executive, Sales Taskforce Recruitment will lead the recruitment, onboarding, development and support of freelance sales agents for Mobile, FTTH and FWBB products. The role aims to expand the freelancer network, ensure rapid activation and drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit qualified freelance sales agents to meet monthly targets and support recruitment events.
• Facilitate registration, document collection, onboarding training and system activation for new freelancers.
• Provide field coaching, product knowledge, sales techniques and organize training sessions.
• Monitor freelancer productivity, identify low performers and implement reactivation plans.
• Maintain strong relationships through regular communication and field visits.
• Coordinate with Sales Operations, Marketing, Regional Sales and other support teams to ensure freelancers have necessary tools and support.
• Prepare regular recruitment and productivity reports and maintain accurate freelancer records.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in sales, channel development, recruitment or field operations, preferably in telecommunications or related sectors.

Required skills

• Knowledge of sales and customer acquisition processes.
• Experience in field coaching and training.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and travel frequently.
