About the role
The CEM Technical Engineer will support the deployment, integration and optimisation of a Customer Experience Management platform, ensuring reliable performance and data integrity.
Key responsibilities
- Design traffic tapping solutions based on core network interfaces and manage deployment risks.
- Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot issues and maintain data integrity.
- Collaborate with project teams and vendors to meet delivery requirements.
- Define acceptance criteria and organise UAT testing.
- Assist with platform maintenance, upgrades and optimisation.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications or a related field.
- At least 1 year of telecom maintenance or optimisation experience, preferably in core network or datacom.
- Familiarity with telecom systems, wireless networks, core network (PS/IMS/CS), datacom or BSS/OSS basics.
- Knowledge of telecom signalling procedures, service layers and ITIL/eTOM processes.
- Strong communication skills and industry understanding.
Required skills
- Experience with Huawei, H3C or Cisco routers and switches.
- Hands‑on experience with CEM platforms or systems.
