Assistant Manager, Marketing Campaign

About the role

The Assistant Manager, Marketing Campaign will drive the planning, execution, and optimisation of branding and marketing initiatives across both digital and offline channels. This role works closely with cross‑functional teams to boost brand visibility, user activity, and support go‑to‑market strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end execution of passenger branding campaigns across online (including in‑app) and offline touchpoints.
• Design and manage campaigns for acquisition, engagement, and retention phases of the customer lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Growth, CVM, and Partnership teams to align campaigns with new‑user acquisition, loyalty programmes, and co‑branding opportunities.
• Develop driver‑focused campaigns, coordinating with Operations and Legal to ensure compliance and market‑share growth.
• Oversee content marketing across in‑app platforms, UGC, digital assets, and POSM, ensuring consistent copy and creative.
• Monitor market trends and work with external agencies (KOLs, press) to deliver high‑impact content.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in project management, marketing coordination, or similar roles.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver results on time.
• Strong communication, organisational, and detail‑orientation skills.
