About the role
The Administrative Manager will support SUEZ Consulting's International Division in Cambodia, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day office operations and acting as the local point of contact for human‑resources matters. This role combines general administration, office management, and HR support within a multinational consultancy environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage mail, calls, correspondence, meetings and office schedules.
- Proofread, format, file and archive administrative and contractual documents.
- Organise translation services for documents when required.
- Update reports, monitoring tables and data in internal IT platforms such as BidHub.
- Oversee office supplies, equipment inventories, orders and maintenance requirements.
- Coordinate external service providers including IT, maintenance, cleaning, security and other office‑related suppliers.
- Monitor internal administrative procedures and ensure completeness of records and supporting documents.
- Manage mission cash funds, cash advances, receipt tracking, expense documentation and financial reconciliations.
- Track staff schedules, leave, travel, missions and general availability.
- Liaise with landlords, real‑estate services and service providers on premises, lease agreements and utilities.
- Provide administrative backup support to other assistants and offices when needed.
- Act as the local HR focal point, maintaining confidential personnel files, contracts and mandatory documentation.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding, including document collection, induction arrangements, access requests, equipment handover and exit formalities.
- Prepare and verify monthly payroll input data.
Required profile
- Proven experience in office administration and HR administration.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Effective communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with international donor‑funded projects is a plus.
Required skills
- Document management and archiving.
- Basic accounting for cash advances and expense tracking.
- Use of internal IT platforms (e.g., BidHub) for data updates.
- Coordination with external service providers.
- HR administration processes, including payroll data preparation.
