Accounts Receivable Supervisor

About the role

The Accounts Receivable Supervisor will lead the AR function for Northbridge Communities, ensuring accurate billing, timely collections, and healthy cash flow across condominium, villa, apartment, commercial and restaurant operations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coach Accounts Receivable Officers, assign tasks, review work accuracy and monitor performance.
• Oversee billing and issuance of invoices and statements for all property and restaurant tenants; review aging reports and ensure timely collections.
• Develop and execute collection strategies, handle escalated cases, negotiate payment arrangements and coordinate with legal or management when necessary.
• Prepare monthly AR aging reports, collection performance analysis and cash‑flow projections; present findings and recommendations to senior management.
• Review account reconciliations, maintain accurate customer balances and strengthen internal controls in line with company policies and accounting standards.
• Collaborate with Property Management, Leasing, Operations and Restaurant teams to coordinate move‑ins, move‑outs, lease renewals and billing adjustments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Credit Control, preferably within property management, real estate or hospitality.
• Strong leadership, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent in Khmer with working knowledge of English.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with accounting/ERP systems.
