Accounting Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to lead our finance function across multiple restaurant outlets in Cambodia. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, tax compliance, and efficient month‑end closing while supporting audits and driving process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee general accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, cost accounting and tax filings.
• Coordinate quarterly and year‑end audit activities and corporate financial controls audits.
• Prepare, review and analyze financial statements for accuracy and completeness.
• Manage month‑end closing processes and maintain financial records in line with company policy and local regulations.
• Prepare and file all statutory tax returns (VAT, WHT, CIT, TOS, etc.).
• Supervise and develop accounting staff, set performance goals and provide training.
• Liaise with consultants, auditors, tax authorities and internal teams to resolve accounting matters.

Required profile

• University degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
• Proven experience in accounting at a supervisory level.
• Strong analytical, synthetic and organizational skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and proactively in a multicultural environment.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
