Account Manager – Enterprise Client Acquisition

About the role

We are looking for an Account Manager to drive sales and client acquisition for Fortune‑500, listed, state‑owned and central enterprises. You will act as the primary liaison between JD.com and large corporate customers, ensuring that their procurement needs are met through integrated solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve performance and acquisition targets across enterprise accounts.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts, design service plans, and deliver end‑to‑end solutions that align with client procurement strategies.
• Identify new business opportunities, lead client operations, and streamline processes to improve the customer experience.
• Collect market and client insights, share industry intelligence, and coordinate with internal teams to optimize online purchasing, payment, and after‑sales support.
• Manage receivables, provide consistent after‑sales service, and nurture long‑term relationships to increase client satisfaction and loyalty.

Required profile

• Proven experience in enterprise sales or account management, preferably with large corporate or government clients.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities to identify opportunities and optimize client operations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on building lasting partnerships.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with internal teams such as finance, logistics, and product.
