Trade Sales Manager

About the role

Maybank (Cambodia) Plc is seeking a proactive Trade Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and deepen client relationships. You will lead the sales effort for trade finance and cash management solutions, targeting both existing and new customers across the market.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales and revenue targets defined in the balanced scorecard.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities while upselling and cross‑selling bank products.
• Provide high‑quality advisory services on trade finance and cash management.
• Manage the sales pipeline and collaborate with product partners and internal channels.
• Plan, execute, and oversee trade and cash‑management product strategies.
• Assist in improving product features and develop new packaging or promotions.
• Monitor transaction support, ensure operational controls, and mitigate risk.
• Guarantee compliance with Cambodian laws, regulations, and internal policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Banking, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in a growth‑sales environment.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Strong understanding of trade regulations (e.g., UCP600, URDG758) and transaction‑banking products.
• Knowledge of working capital, accounts payable/receivable, and financial management of a financial institution.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.
