Solutions Sales Executive

About the role

The Solutions Sales Executive is responsible for achieving sales targets for solutions, engaging with partners, end users and consultants to generate leads and drive business growth. This role requires proactive outreach and strong relationship management.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure achievement of solutions sales targets.
• Visit and meet at least 2‑3 partners, end users or consultants daily to generate new sales leads.
• Prepare and submit reports such as Pre‑Call Plan, Pipeline, weekly, monthly, quarterly, H1 & yearly sales to the Solutions Sales Manager.
• Initiate solution activities with partners, users and consultants, such as focus groups or product training.
• Manage customer relationships and industry coverage across partners, end users and consultants.
• Provide competitor and market information to the Solutions Sales Manager.
• Consult on solutions to ensure system functionality and identify new products/solutions for the industry.
• Adhere to company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Electrical, Electronic, Marketing or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar sales position.
• Good command of English.
• Proactive, aggressive, eager to learn and able to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High commitment, willingness to take challenges, honesty and positivity.
• Computer literacy with Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD and Sketchup is a plus.
• Commitment to the company’s vision and mission.
