Trade Finance Sales & Advisory Manager

About the role

The Trade Finance Sales & Advisory Manager drives growth of the bank's Trade Finance portfolio by promoting solutions to existing and prospective clients across corporate, commercial, SME and financial institution segments.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new trade finance business and achieve revenue, portfolio and profitability targets.
• Identify, originate and structure trade finance opportunities that meet client working‑capital needs while managing risk.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers to acquire new business and deepen existing client relationships.
• Provide expert advisory, prepare credit applications, business proposals and deal presentations, and support negotiations.
• Monitor portfolio performance, ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements and risk frameworks.
• Lead strategic initiatives to enhance product competitiveness, digitisation and operational efficiency.
• Supply market insights, analytics and contribute to new product development and supply‑chain finance programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics or related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in banking or financial services with a focus on international and domestic trade financing.
• Strong analytical ability, detail‑orientation and excellent organizational skills.
• Proactive collaboration with cross‑functional teams and independent judgment in decision‑making.
