Talent Acquisition Officer

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Officer to support our recruitment needs across all divisions. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will work closely with hiring managers, external agencies and educational partners to attract and select top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Follow all Talent Acquisition policies, processes and SOPs to ensure consistent work.
• Implement recruitment activities under supervision and escalate complex issues when needed.
• Address recruitment needs of assigned business areas promptly.
• Consult hiring managers on best practices for recruitment and selection.
• Review applicants’ CVs to assess fit with position requirements.
• Proactively source and headhunt candidates for current and future openings.
• Develop and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for immediate replacements.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Interview and follow up on referrals from management and employees.
• Build networks and communities to source and pipeline candidates.
• Support other HR projects related to talent acquisition as required.
• Participate in relevant projects and community activities.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the line manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Officer or in a similar recruitment role.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, resume databases and professional networks.
• Hands‑on experience with full‑cycle recruiting using various interview techniques.
• General knowledge of employment laws and HR practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail in managing applicant tracking data.
