Supply Chain Head (International Expansion)

About the role

We are looking for an entrepreneurial Supply Chain Head to build and run a complete end‑to‑end supply chain in Cambodia for a fast‑growing FMCG business expanding internationally. The role will create the foundational logistics, import/export, demand planning and distribution capabilities needed to support aggressive market growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and lead the full supply chain function for the new market, aligning strategy with rapid growth targets.
• Establish governance, operating processes, KPIs and performance‑management frameworks across planning, procurement, logistics, warehousing and customer service.
• Lead all import and export activities, ensuring compliance with local customs, trade regulations and market‑entry requirements.
• Develop demand‑planning, supply‑planning and S&OP processes to optimise inventory while maintaining high service levels.
• Design and implement the optimal warehousing and distribution network, selecting logistics partners and negotiating contracts.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives to boost service levels, operational efficiency and responsiveness.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in supply chain or operations, preferably within FMCG or a fast‑moving consumer goods environment.
• Demonstrated ability to build supply‑chain functions from scratch in emerging markets.
• Strong analytical mindset with a track record of delivering measurable performance improvements.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing internal teams and external partners.
