Supervisor, Business Performance and Reporting

About the role

The Supervisor, Business Performance and Reporting will prepare analytical reports on key performance drivers and financial statements to support management decisions. Acting as a finance business partner, the role also involves budgeting, stakeholder collaboration, and participation in IT-driven automation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Perform and review monthly close for trading business, ensuring data completeness and accuracy.
• Conduct financial and strategic analysis, investigate variances, and highlight trends.
• Serve as the primary liaison with functional departments to explain financial variances and adverse trends.
• Provide profit center, cost center, general ledger, and internal order information; create new structures as needed.
• Control expenses against budget and act as a financial business partner to internal stakeholders.
• Participate in Power BI and other automation projects.
• Execute additional tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field (Master’s or ACCA preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in management accounting or finance.
• Knowledge of financial analysis, business modelling, strategic planning, and SAP CO‑Module.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet month‑end deadlines, and travel for retail support.
