Investment Advisor

About the role

Maxus Aspen Development is seeking an experienced Investment Advisor to lead investor relations, capital‑raising and advisory activities across Cambodia and the broader ASEAN region. The role requires deep knowledge of real‑estate investment vehicles and the ability to present sophisticated opportunities to high‑net‑worth and institutional clients.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with HNWIs, family offices, institutional and private investors.
• Present real‑estate investment opportunities, conduct site visits and follow‑up discussions.
• Support capital‑raising, investor acquisition and business‑development initiatives.
• Provide clear information on investment structures, project fundamentals, risks and market conditions.
• Collaborate with sales, legal, finance and marketing teams to deliver holistic solutions.
• Maintain investor relationships throughout the investment lifecycle and represent the company at conferences and networking events.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in investment advisory, wealth management, private banking, real‑estate investment or related fields.
• Proven track record working directly with HNWI and sophisticated institutional clients.
• Strong understanding of the Cambodian investment environment and broader ASEAN or international markets.
• Excellent commercial awareness, ability to explain investment structures, financial concepts and risk factors.
• Fluent English; Chinese language skills are a strong plus.
