Sponsor Donor Support Associate II

About the role

The Sponsor Donor Support Associate II works from the National Office in Phnom Penh to manage day‑to‑day processes that connect supporters with participants. The role ensures that communication, data, and documentation related to child sponsorship, youth programs and other field initiatives meet Compassion’s quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Act as an advocate for children, prioritising child‑protection considerations in all activities.
• Coordinate the collection and processing of communication resources from partners.
• Maintain accurate communication between supporters, participants and partners, adhering to Sponsor Donor Support standards and production schedules.
• Generate, organise and track child, mother‑child unit and student information, including gift usage, updates and supporter inquiries.
• Review and correct documents to ensure data accuracy and alignment with Compassion standards.
• Enter participant and supporter data into the database, run reports and maintain electronic files.
• Provide technical advice on Sponsor Donor Support systems and support capacity‑building for partner staff.

Required profile

• Strong commitment to child protection and ability to report concerns according to Compassion’s policies.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills to work with field offices, partners and supporters.
• Attention to detail for reviewing and correcting documentation.
• Ability to coach and support other Sponsor Donor Support Associates.
