Senior Account Manager – Integrated Marketing Communications

About the role

The Senior Account Manager (IMC) will own revenue and business performance for assigned client accounts, acting as the primary liaison between clients and our internal agency teams. You will translate client objectives into integrated marketing communication strategies and ensure flawless execution across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of client accounts, from brief development to delivery, ensuring projects meet budget, timeline, and profitability targets.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with client stakeholders at all levels, serving as the main point of contact.
• Design and contribute to integrated marketing communication plans that include brand communication, digital & social media, events, advertising, and influencer engagement.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams (Creative, Digital, Media, Production, Operations) to guarantee seamless project execution.
• Monitor project budgets, costs, revenue, and profitability; prepare estimates, proposals, status reports, and financial forecasts.
• Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and support new‑business development initiatives.
• Lead client reviews, address issues promptly, and provide proactive recommendations aligned with client business goals.
• Oversee recruitment, coaching, and performance evaluation of team members to achieve service excellence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in client service, account management, advertising or integrated marketing communications, preferably within an agency.
• Proven track record of managing integrated campaigns across digital, activation, events and brand communication.
• Strong understanding of the advertising and IMC industry and ability to translate business objectives into actionable plans.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
