Specialist/Manager Roles in Business Intelligence, IT, Procurement, Road Safety & Maintenance

About the role

Chip Mong Insee Cement Corporation is seeking full‑time specialist or manager professionals to join its Phnom Penh/Kampot operations. The positions span Business Intelligence, Information Technology, Procurement, Road Safety and Maintenance, supporting the company’s commitment to safety, innovation and sustainable production.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, interpret and visualise operational and business data to produce reports and dashboards.
• Provide IT support, manage system administration, maintain infrastructure and apply basic cybersecurity measures.
• Oversee sourcing activities, evaluate vendors, manage contracts and control inventory.
• Develop and implement road‑safety procedures, conduct training and monitor logistics compliance.
• Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot equipment and drive reliability improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.
• Relevant experience in the specific functional area (BI, IT, Procurement, Road Safety or Maintenance).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work safely in an industrial environment and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Data analysis and visualisation using reporting tools and dashboards.
• IT support, system administration, infrastructure maintenance and basic cybersecurity.
• Familiarity with ERP or other enterprise systems.
• Sourcing, vendor evaluation, contract management and inventory control.
• Knowledge of road‑safety standards and logistics operations.
• Equipment maintenance planning, troubleshooting and reliability improvement.
