About the role
The Production Specialist will work with UA factory partners to drive best‑in‑class manufacturing operations for UA apparel and accessories, ensuring on‑time delivery and effective production tracking.
Key responsibilities
- Manage all samples and bulk orders to achieve on‑time delivery (OTD to 1st confirmed 95%+) through capacity planning, PO confirmation, WIP tracking, and issue resolution.
- Maintain PO data with 99% accuracy for full visibility on WIP tracking and reporting.
- Collaborate with QA and functional teams on vendor quality performance to minimize impact on product delivery.
- Reduce material leftover liability for samples and bulk orders and handle settlements as needed.
- Support vendor management and relationship building.
- Identify and resolve potential mass production issues early.
