Sourcing Manager, Lighting

About the role

Quince is looking for a strategic and entrepreneurial Sourcing Manager to build and lead its Lighting category. You will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing new vendor partners from the ground up, with the potential to expand into additional categories.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct business need analytics and identify high‑potential suppliers for the lighting category.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to achieve cost, quality, and lead‑time targets.
• Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships, ensuring reliable supply and continuous improvement.
• Design and implement sourcing processes and operational frameworks that can scale quickly.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including product, design, and analytics—to align sourcing strategy with overall business goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sourcing or procurement, preferably within the lighting or related consumer goods sector.
• Demonstrated ability to build vendor networks from scratch and drive supply‑chain performance.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on cost optimization and quality assurance.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and comfort working in a fast‑paced, data‑driven environment.
